Scientology founder L.
Ron Hubbard taught his followers that death is a
process
that begins with the loss
of consciousness. According to
Scientology doctrine, the cessation of physical life
is not the dividing line between life and death.
Hubbard taught his followers that death is marked by
the "death of the consciousness of the
individual":
Where does one
cease to survive and begin to succumb?
The point of
demarcation is not death as we know it. It is
marked by what one might call the death of the
consciousness of the individual.
(Death
of Consciousness) [1]
Hubbard believed that
people who have lost their capacity to reason (the
cognitively disabled) are in the process of
dying:
But just as
unconsciousness always precedes death, even by
instants, so does the death of reason precede the
death of the organism. And this action may happen
in a long span of time, even half a lifetime, even
more.
(Death
of Consciousness) [1]
Hubbard taught that
people who experience pain and can no longer care for themselves
automatically lose the will to
live:
Knowledge does
not destroy a will to live. Pain and loss of
self-determinism destroy that will (and by
self-determinism we mean that state of being
whereby the individual can or cannot be controlled
by his environment according to his own choice).
(Death
of Consciousness) [1]
Michael is
representing his Catholic wife as having a
Scientology value system! None of Terri's relatives
or friends ever heard her say she would rather die
than have medical intervention and rehabilitation.
The reason for this is because it is highly unlikely
that Terri ever made this statement. Death in
response to disability is not a part of Terri's
value system. It is, however, part of
Michael's value system. As
he stated on Larry King Live, which aired on October
27, 2003, Michael Schiavo has already removed his
own mother's and father's feeding tubes!
SCHIAVO: Removing
somebody's feeding is very painless. It is a very
easy way to die. Probably the second better way to
die, being the first being an aneurysm.
And it doesn't bother me at all. I've seen it
happen. I had to do it with my own parents.

It
is Scientologists who are told the Organization
would rather have them dead than incapable!
"You're here
so you're a Scientologist. Now we're going to make
you an expert auditor no matter what happens. We'd
rather have you dead than incapable." (HCO
POLICY LETTER OF 7 FEBRUARY 1965 REISSUED 15 JUNE
1970).1
The
Scientology-controlled Pinellas County Court has
permitted Michael Schiavo to
abuse,
neglect
and
exploit
Terri in an effort to cause her to lose the will to
live. As soon as he was awarded a handsome
malpractice settlement earmarked for Terri's
rehabilitation, his "already dead"
attitude manifested.
In keeping with the
satanic perversions prevalent in this case, Judge
Greer has consented to Michael Schiavo's request to
use Terri's recovery money to attempt to bring about
her destruction. Among other things, Judge Greer has
approved:
A
secretly filed fee petition to award George Felos
$225 per hour and thousands of dollars in
"costs" in pursuit of her death (all
withdrawn from Terri’s Medical Rehabilitation
Fund)
Approve
Medicaid Assistance applications with a
"Special Needs Provision" to preserve
and allow Terri’s pledged Medical Rehabilitation
Fund assets to be available to Schiavo’s
attorney, George Felos for payment of his and
other legal fees

George
Felos' Description of Terri is L. Ron Hubbard's
Definition For Death!
George Felos,
attorney for Michael Schiavo, has
stated several times that Terri has "no
consciousness":
"There's no
evidence of cerebral activity. She's not brain
dead but she has no consciousness, no
awareness and she never will," Felos said.
(Schiavo: Nothing's
Going to Stop Me) [3]
His lawyer,
George Felos, told Lauer this morning that twenty
experts have examined Terri and agree there is “no
consciousness, no thought.”
"Terri’s
Tube Scheduled to be Removed at 2:00pm" [4]
[curiously, this article has been removed.]
"There is no
cognition, no consciousness," Felos
told the Tampa Tribune.
(Media
'getting it wrong' on Schiavo story) [5]
George Felos' repeated use of this particular
buzzphrase is no accident. No consciousness means
unconsciousness. Unconsciousness
is Scientology's word for death!
L. Ron
Hubbard said that complete unconsciousness is death:
Complete
unconsciousness is death. Half unconsciousness is
half death. A quarter unconsciousness is a quarter
of death. And as one accumulates the pain
attendant upon life and fails to accumulate the
pleasures, one gradually loses his race with
the gentleman with the scythe. And there ensues,
at last, the physical incapacity for seeing,
thinking and being, known as death.
(Death
of Consciousness)
Michael Schiavo has
done every illegal thing possible to remove from
Terri all the pleasures of life in order to
try to cause her to lose the race with L. Ron
Hubbard's depiction of a gentleman: death
Like Lisa
McPherson, Terri Schindler Schiavo is a public
victim of Scientology tech. Unlike Lisa, Terri is
still alive. It is a fact that Scientology used
Lisa's dehydration death— at their hands— to
pave the way for them to openly break Florida laws
in their quest to destroy Terri Schindler Schiavo as
well as any "suppressive"
who stands in their way.
After Scientology
got away with killing Lisa
McPherson, they knew they could use their
well-deserved reputation for ruthless litigation
tactics to pave the way for them to achieve the
coveted "euthanasia by hearsay" precedent.
They easily managed the opposition until too many
people began to speak out on Terri's behalf for
Scientology's comfort level. Their solution?
Infiltrate and manage the "help terri"
grassroots movement. "Helping Terri" is so
tightly controlled that talking about the
obvious Scientology connection is not allowed. It
certainly is not allowed on the Terri Schiavo
Free
Republic forums. One poster "slipped" and
revealed that permission must be obtained before
posting about the outcome of court hearings! I
inquired about this, but so far, have been ignored.
Pamela Hennessy
will not permit me to join her private helpterri
Yahoo group. I assume that nobody on her private email list
mentions anything that is not "allowed."
Mentioning the blatantly
altered
pictures on terrisfight.org (including the
"Scientology
and the Number 8" article) is not
"allowed" either. It is time to do what is
not allowed—expose the Scientology tech that is
being used against Terri Schindler Schiavo.
Scientology
believes and behaves as though Terri has no
rights. Evidence of this belief system in play:
Terri Schindler Schiavo is not receiving her
retained rights as a disabled adult as defined by
the Florida statutes. Scientology, via their various
agents, has violated Terri Schindler Schiavo's
rights as an incapacitated person for over a
decade. After Lisa McPherson died at their hands,
they calculated whether the Clearwater
public was sufficiently afraid of them so they could
work their "deny rehabilitation and commit
euthanasia" agenda
unopposed. They need fear in order to continue to
act unopposed. Let us move against their illegal and
immoral agenda in faith, not fear.
We must fear God
and not man. To not fight this death agenda due
to fear is to give in to it and permit it to affect
our own lives in the same way it is affecting
Terri's.
The
fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth
his trust in the LORD shall be safe. Prov. 29:28
Terri
is Treated As if She is Already Dead
Pat
Anderson has coined a phrase that she uses to
describe how Terri is treated by Michael Schiavo and
his backers: "already dead."
She told
Wesley J. Smith that Michael Schiavo and Judge Greer
treat Terri as though she is already dead:
"It's the
Rule of Terri's Case. Both the guardian and the
judge treat Terri as though she were already
dead and in no need of these statutory
protections." (The
Rule of Terri's Case Strikes Again)
The St. Pete Times
was also informed that Terri has been treated as
though she is already dead:
"She has
been treated as if she's already dead,"
Anderson said. "She's never had a chance to
get better."
(No
date set for Schiavo tube to be removed)
Pat Anderson
repeated the "already dead" phrase to the
Tampa Tribune:
``The guardian is
not free to treat his ward as a piece of chattel.
She has been treated for years as though she is already
dead.''
(Schiavo
Case Delayed Again)
Pat also used the
"already dead" phrase in this interview:
"The fact is
that her guardian treats her as if she is already
dead," Anderson said, citing Terri's 40th
birthday party in the hospice when family members
were subject to strict rules enforced by a
uniformed guard stationed in her room whenever she
has visitors.
(Report
on Terri Schiavo's needs faulted for key
shortcomings)
Michael Schiavo's
treatment of a wife he considers to be "already
dead" is clearly evident in the following
question and answer excerpt:
Q. What did
you do with your wife's jewelry?
MS. My wife's jewelry?
Q. Yeah.
MS. Um, I think I took her engagement ring and
her...what do they call it...diamond wedding band
and made a ring for myself.
November
1993 Guardianship deposition
In December of
2000, Michael Schiavo blatantly parroted Scientology
doctrine to the media by stating that Terri no
longer had a soul!
That evening,
following the hearing, TV reports aired on both
the early and late newscasts. Interestingly,
Michael Schiavo stated "it is time for Terri
to die, since Terri no longer had a soul".

Scientology Questions The Sanity of Those Who Fight Them
Scientology
questions the sanity of anyone who rejects Hubbard's
doctrines:
Mr. Felos is on
record in the courts, questioning the sanity of
Terri's family for protesting her death.
Quoted from: terrisfight.org

Fighting
Scientology's death agenda seems insane to those who
believe that disabled people have an urge to die:
Society, the bulk
of which is bent upon survival, fails or refuses
to recognize death or the urge of organisms
toward it. Society passes laws against murder
and suicide. Society provides hospitals. Society
carries such people [the disabled] on its back.
And society will not hear of euthanasia or
"mercy killing." (Self Analysis
by L. Ron Hubbard; pg. 28)
George Felos has
not stopped at questioning the sanity of Terri's
parents. He, along with Deborah Bushnell, resorted
to Scientology fair game tactics that are devilishly
perverse. Both attorneys implied that Terri's
parents assaulted their own daughter. They notified
the press of these false charges without even
informing the Schindlers. These attorneys should
definitely have been reprimanded by Judge Greer.
Instead, the judge listened to them as they
continued their fair game tactics against the
Schindlers in the May
26th hearing.
If you read the
hearing, take note that Swope and Bushnell did not
defend their unethical
and unprofessional
actions of falsely accusing the Schindlers. Instead,
in true
Scientologist
fashion, they were not interested in charges,
but continued to hurl even more charges at the
Schindlers.
Terri
Schindler Schiavo is ALIVE and Greatly Loved
Terri Schiavo is not
in the process of dying. She is not terminally ill.
She is alive, conscious, and cognitively
able. She is not half-conscious or half-dead.
She is disabled
and in great need of speech and physical therapy to
which she is entitled under Florida law. She
has no rights under Scientology policy and has been deteriorating
in a hospice under Michael Schiavo's strict
"already dead" care policy. [update:
Terri
was dehydrated to death.]
Scientology
promotes the lies that
Terri Schindler Schiavo has no consciousness and
that it is her wish to be subjected to the slow,
painful ordeal of dehydration
until she "drops her body." (George
Felos, attorney for Michael Schiavo favors the term,
("death
process.")
According to
Scientology doctrine, Terri Schindler Schiavo is not
authentically alive, and as a dead person, retains
no rights. This is exactly how she has been treated
by her court-appointed guardian and his accomplices.
(See update 4/18/05:
Michael
Schiavo: "Terri Died 15 Years Ago")
Terri Schindler
Schiavo does have rights as a substantially
disabled United States citizen, and
special
rights under the The Americans with Disabilities
Act. And yet her rights have been withheld from her
by a powerful group that does not honor the laws of
the land or value anyone who scores low on their Scientology
tone scale.
Will the Florida
Supreme Court defy the Scientology agenda and uphold
the Florida statues? Or will they allow Michael
Schiavo to inflict his Scientology death
wishes on a wife he abandoned years ago and
who—despite his
abuse—
has a very strong will to live?
Please inform the Florida
Supreme Court that you are aware of the
Scientology agenda in this case and that you expect
them to rule by Florida law, not Scientology policy.
UPDATE:
Michael Schiavo even indicated that the thought
Terri was already dead (while she was alive) on her
gravestone!

Grave with Scientology Death Doctrine
