On Oct. 15th, 2003, the
Pinellas County Court sanctioned the second unlawful attempt
on Terri Schindler-Schiavo's life. Michael Schiavo placed
Terri under guard to ensure that no law-abiding citizen
could provide her food and water by mouth after her feeding
tube was removed.
Withholding oral food and water is illegal in Florida as
well as in every other state in the Union. Thus the Pinellas County Court ordered the withholding
of Terri's gastric tube feedings.
Judge Greer did not
issue a court order to withhold oral sustenance in the court
order carried out on October 15, 2003. To do
so is so blatantly illegal that even he did not try this—until
the time was right. It
was Michael Schiavo and his hired guards who were
determined to prevent Terri from having any sustenance by
mouth. It was they who attempted to murder Terri Schiavo.
Murder is the "the
crime of unlawfully killing a person especially with malice
aforethought." When one reflects on the
abuse,
neglect,
and exploitation
Michael Schiavo has inflicted upon his incapacitated wife
for over ten years, malice
aforethought
fits this scenario perfectly.
Gov. Jeb Bush
continued to insist that he did not have the authority to
intervene. It was only when the dehydration of Terri Schindler
Shiavo commenced that Gov. Bush asked for legal advice. Several
attorneys informed him that he already had the power
to stop the attempted murder and to immediately begin an
investigation into the many abuses Terri has suffered.

If you will
read the Legal
Solution Page, you will learn that these documents used
to be on terrisfight.org. It does not surprise me that the
webmistress has seen fit to remove the evidence of Gov.
Bush's collusion with the passing of a law that served the
purpose of keeping the corruption in this case out of the
limelight.
Gov. Bush ignored the attorneys' counsel. He also did not order an investigation
into the matter of whether Terri was
a victim of domestic violence. Instead, he opted for Terri's Law,
which was passed almost one week later.
The media constantly says the Florida legislature
empowered Bush to intervene with the passing of Terri's Law. This is
obviously not true. Terri's legal rights have been denied
for many years by Judge George Greer of the 6th Circuit Court in Pinellas County
(Clearwater), and yet
Gov. Jeb
Bush has never bucked the program.
Please note that Gov. Jeb
Bush has no problem taking action to indicate that he is supportive of Scientology's
public persona. Gov. Bush
publicly endorsed and legitimized this already extremely wealthy
organization by approving grants for one of their front
organizations, the World Literacy Crusade—a Scientology
reading program designed for public schools:
In October 2000, the
World Literacy Crusade of Florida was one of the
organizations in the Tampa Bay area to be presented with
a grant of $10,000 from Verizon’s “Tampa Bay
Reads” program by Governor Jeb Bush. The grant was
repeated in November 2001 at an event sponsored by the
University of South Florida’s College of Education and
officiated by the Florida Secretary of Education, Jim
Horne. (Quote source: Literacy,

Gov. Bush's
actions also suggest that he is supportive of Scientology's hidden agenda as well.
The Pinellas County
Court has permitted Michael Schiavo to break many Florida
statutes—and even commit felonies—while acting as
Terri's guardian. Gov. Jeb Bush
has "gone along with the program" by not requiring
an investigation into the cause of Terri's collapse and by
passing a new law instead of insisting that current
laws be obeyed.
