Can the Elect Be Deceived?

The true Christian (the elect) can be deceived about many things. That is the reason for the many warnings to the Christian in the Bible against being deceived. Christians are warned to "be not deceived" regarding: the mockery of God (Gal. 6:7), evil communications, the unrighteous inheriting the kingdom of God.

Jesus warned his disciples that false Christs and false prophets would arise and show great signs and wonders insomuch that if it were possible they shall deceive even the very elect.

For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Mat. 24:24

The elect, as long as they obey God's word and obey the leading of the Holy Spirit, will not be deceived by the incredible signs and wonders of false Christs and false prophets. It is only those who fail to take God's holy word very seriously and who ignore or only partly heed the leading of the Holy Spirit who will tricked by false Christs and false prophets.

Infiltrators are working at a feverish pace to set up the body of Christ to receive Antichrist rather than the true Lord Jesus Christ. Regardless of their best efforts and the most appealing false doctrines and convincing signs and wonders imaginable, the elect will not be deceived as long they submit to the authority of God's word and heed the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Left Behind Series--Trick of the Anti-Christ False Prophets

The Left Behind Series is one of the ways Satan is working to trick the church into receiving Antichrist. This statement has been thoroughly proven in my book, God's Wrath on Left Behind. The 'Christians' in the Left Behind novels use the same tools to serve "God" as Satanists use to serve Satan such as lying, cheating, stealing, murdering and other sins. The sin of hypocrisy is the primary way that Christians are depicted as serving "God" in the tribulation! Jesus warned about the fate of hypocrites. They will go to a place where there is gnashing of teeth.

The Left Behind Series is setting Christians up to believe in an unbiblical, pre-tribulation rapture. When this does not happen, and the tribulation begins, the teachings planted in Christians' minds through the Left Behind Series and other anti-Christian propaganda will surface and they will automatically react according to these implanted ideas unless those teachings are exposed as being "against Christ" teachings. Christians who believe the books are scripturally-based have not carefully considered the content.

You think it won't happen? As a result of the false doctrines taught in the Left Behind Series, many Christians are under the impression that if a Christian receives the mark of the beast "by force," that God will forgive them. (See "Caused" Vs. Forced; What's the Difference?)  People are being programmed to serve a "God" who understands they need to lie to survive in order to serve him in such a chaotic time as the tribulation. The real God of the Bible condemns lying as well as all forms of deceit.
