Posts Free Republic Deleted Regarding Scientology and Terri Schiavo

Below is the portion of the Free Republic Forum thread, “Scientology and Terri Schiavo, Is there a Connection?” that I managed to save before I was banned in November of 2004. Free Republic banned me and removed all of my posts after I asked the Schindler's media director why she was removing court documentation from the Schindler family website as well as her own website, zimp.org; She was removing court documents while Terri Schiavo was still alive. You may read the questions that I asked phenn (Pamela Hennessy) HERE.

I want to know why all the evidence against the dehydration perpetrators that used to be stored on terrisfight.org was removed three months after Terri Schiavo was killed under an illegal court order. The court documents reveal that many Florida statutes were violated in order to snuff out the life of a woman Judge Greer refused to allow to be rehabilitated.

My posts are highlighted in yellow.

Greer have had the Scientology MacPherson case a long time ago. Trust me. There's so much corruption in our county that it wouldn't surprise me if they were somehow connected.

When the hammer comes down, hopefully we'll see some major perp walks.

And this... George Felos used his widely known mind control techniques, imo on Michael Schiavo. Doesn't meant HINO wasn't bad to begin with but with mind control, it can only make things worse.

Felos definitely is using cult techniques trying to isolate Terri and to inflict sensory deprivation upon her. She hasn't been outside for THREE YEARS. The nurses have strict instructions re: what objects can be in Terri's room. BIRTHDAY CARDS were taken down by Hospice employees last December 3rd.

Mind control and scientology use the same techniques. Felos openly calls it mind control and scientology just identifies it as positive thinking when you go for their dogma. Felos practices Yoga and does special breathing techniques to forget about all the tubes he's pulled and the sci's use breathing techniques on potential newbies which causes hyperventilation. When you are weak and also dizzy, they can begin to indoctrinate. True, true, true.

I'm sorry that Greta Van Susteren is a scientologist. She has had Terri's family on without Felos however. Felos demanded equal time the next evening. He's awful.

Pat Anderson met the Schindlers in April, 2000. Do you know what she has done about Michael's conflicting testimony regarding how he found Terri?

Thank you,

The Scientology Emotional Tone Scale -- I believe you are kidding, but that's just in case others don't realize it.

What do you mean by the question about kidding?

Hubbard's writings clearly reveal the emotional tone scale is Scientology's gauge of "worthiness" to live in society and enjoy civil rights.

1- heard a thump and got up
2- got up for some reason and then heard a thump
3- was in the process of getting up and heard something

In deposition, Michael was asked about his mum.
Q. Your mother's name is Claire?
A. Clara.
Q. Is that with an "A".
A. Something like that.

SOMETHING LIKE THAT? It's your mother's name, for screaming in a bucket!!

Didn't know the year he got married. Didn't know how long he worked for his present employer. Didn't know how long he lived in Florida and on and on.

When he spoke of Terri's 'wish' to be starved and dehydrated, his statement was NOT:
"We were watching a movie called (title) and the star (name) was in a coma and Terri said "Now, I'm telling you, Michael. I don't want to be sustained on life support for any reason. You dig?"

What he said was:
"We would be watching some programs..." and "Terri said 'No tubes for me'."

Would be watching WHAT???? What the #$%& kind of statement is that? What tubes? Did she refer to a feeding tube specifically? Did she lay everything out for the guy? Was that really a matter of great importance to her? If so, howzcome nobody else on the bloody planet knows? Wouldn't you tell your mum and dad or, at least, your brother/best-friend if something like that crossed your mind and you felt it important?

THESE STATEMENTS are clear and convincing evidence? Why couldn't he, at very least, nail what 'programs' they 'would' be watching?

My head - she's a gonna asplode.

Is there anyone, outside of Judge Greer, who would look on such statements as 'clear' or 'convincing'?

Yes, I'm paraphrasing to a slight degree, but only a slight one. Read the documents and your head gonna asplode as well.

Pat Anderson could do kartwheels and it wouldn't matter to Judge Greer. I know Pat's done a lot of motions to have Michael removed as guardian. It's probably within one of those motions re: Michael's conflicting accounts. I don't have any of those motions handy but maybe Juan knows where you could look on line.

Michael Schiavo's casual and ambiguous remarks, which Judge Greer declared was 'clear and convincing evidence, are a marking. He sent the message loud and CLEAR to everyone (including the media, which plays dumb) that the Terri Schiavo case is no ordinary case.

Michael Schiavo purposely did not try to act authentic. (He did not try to act like an authentically loving husband when he ranted in the nursing home one day, "When is that b---- gonna die?" either.)

It is all part of the Scientology plan. Michael discredited himself by his off-hand remarks and was still considered to be credible by Judge Greer.

Everyone was to know this case was a set up, and everyone was supposed to feel utterly helpless to do anything about it.

Michael Schiavo's incredible remarks, which always resulted in Judge Greer ruling his way, is one huge way Scientology has marked this case with a capital "S."

Hi, phenn -- yeah, it defies all logic how such obvious discrepancies are ignored by Greer et al. I know it makes my head hurt at this distance; how much more for those of you who live there and see this unfolding on your doorstep? How frustrating it must be to be in court to witness this crap, as some here have been.

Anyway, you are all in my thoughts and prayers, that you may have wisdom and discernment and everything that you need to return Terri to her parents where she belongs. May God also work in the hearts and minds of any who are working against Terri and her parents -- that has been a fervent ongoing prayer.

LOL!
The only other place in the USA one can see people aimlessly wandering around in blue uniforms, without insignia, is just outside of Lackland AFB, TX!
It would be funny, except for the fact that "the media" assigns more gravitas to insane-quasi religious cults, than they do to the "truth".

>> How frustrating it must be to be in court to witness this crap, as some here have been

I'll tell you what I find the most frustrating. It's that the public is buying this nonsense hook, line and sinker.

I went to one of Mr. Felos's right-to-die seminars last year. August, I think. Certainly before he knew who I was. In any event, I cannot explain how sickening it is to hear someone trying to coo and seduce others into signing away their right to life. I eventually got up and left because I couldn't take it anymore.

Do any of these people believe for a moment that a lawyer is discussing all of this out of the goodness of his/her heart? Can they not see through the facade?

You know what it reminded me of - those MLM seminars a friend suckers you into attending. Carefully placed words and body language can make anything sound like a good idea to the masses. Well, the masses are wrong for accepting this line of thinking.

What we will end up with, if we don't start paying attention, is a medical community that has absolutely no obligation to treat you anymore. We will have a system in which vulnerable people can be absolutely flogged by greedy family members or lawyers. We're half-way there already in Florida.

There was a segment on 60 minutes last night about life support. Yes, some of the patients they were discussing were actively dying and aggressive treatment was probably only causing pain. But not every person who receives life-prolonging treatment is in that boat and not recognizing that is disastrous. I know this from personal experience. It was very creepy to hear some of these doctors relate how they felt that 'letting go' was doing the patient a favor. Beyond creepy, actually.

They had a tiny snip of Terri on the program. How did they describe her? (Everyone say it with me, now) As a "woman in a coma".

That makes the thought of killing her less of a pill to swallow to the masses. It's not so bad, then.

But, you try talking about these things to some Joe on the street and he'll think you're out of your bloody mind. They assume they are better dead than fed and it's because of this right-to-die movement and their sales techniques. These people own the media, in my opinion. They are consumate marketeers.

That is not by accident. George Soros and Robert Woods Johnson, two MASSIVE grant issuing institutions have dedicated tens of millions of dollars to these very ends. Now, instead of some families fighting to keep treatment away from an actively dying patient who is suffering, families have to fight to keep an otherwise healthy person fed.

It's called lowering the bar. It frees up beds, loosens up bank accounts, frees up some organs and dehumanizes each and every one of us in the process. But, hey, it's your 'right', babe.

You have to see it with your own eyes to believe it. But will he masses open their eyes to it? I just don't know anymore.

Did I tell you about talking to folks in the Tampa WalMart on my way in to the vigil? One on one, people "get it" when they get their questions answered, and across the board, they wanted Terri to be returned to her family.

The MOST powerful arguement, not surprisingly, is the video of Terri responding as her mother fusses over her as only a mom can. That is something everyone can relate to. As is lighting up when her father teases her or her brother talks about music. Terrisfight has the truth, the most powerful weapon, contained in that videotape.

I have no doubt that Felos et al are working on their agenda day by day. They will work to make even the removal of Terri's teeth play into their scheme.

How best to address that agenda is the question on our minds. Esp. since "These people own the media . . .They are consumate marketeers." -- but we are relying not on our own power or wisdom, but on the Lord, individually seeking God's wisdom and will in this, and then coming together as a group.

Let me remind you all of the obvious that we have all acknowledged before: this is a spiritual battle in the ongoing war against Satan. I don't understand every detail, but I do know what side I want to be on.

"I know Whom I have believed in,
and am persuaded that He is able
to keep that which I've committed
unto Him against that Day."

"These are the days of Elijah . . . righteousness being restored" -- *these* are the days (it is perception, what saints have known from the first). If that doesn't give one goosebumps and make one want to be very, very sure to be walking close to Jesus and praying for God's true wisdom and guidance day by day, I don't know what will.

How very oppressive it must be in the courtroom! Others have made that observation as well. There is such a heaviness in your area over all. I got it via the telephone just talking to Debra Bushnell's office. How exhausting is, beyond the physical toll.

So ya'll take good care of yourselves, and know that we are keeping Terri, her family, and you all in our prayers -- many of us at 8 and/or 11 am and at all hours of the day and night.

11. . . prayers continue for Terri, her family, and all who support her. I thank God for all who are working for Terri and her family.

May God richly bless us today and in the future with the knowledge, wisdom, and discernment we need to sift through all the information available. May He bring to Terri's fight *everything* Terri's family needs to be victorious over the forces of evil that are arrayed against them. May any who are weary, even exhausted, be refreshed and renewed in Him.

Above all, may we each consider our relationship with our Creator and look for what is pleasing to Him. There truly is no hope in anyone but Jesus. This prayer is for nonbelievers as well as those who believe . . . for God is able, beyond all we can ask or imagine. We cannot know how all this will work out. I just pray for Terri's sake that it will.

If the outcomes of the (two?) lawsuits Pat Anderson has filed on behalf of the Schindlers to remove Michael Schiavo as guardian have been posted, please tell me where this information can be found.

To my knowledge, there has been no outcome to these lawsuits, as they are still pending. Greer hasn't seen fit to put them on the court docket. The closest to an outcome has been is that arguments were issued a week ago, wherein evidence was entered by Pat verbally into the court record that Terri did not lose her teeth due to nonuse, but rather poor hygiene.

Greer IMHO has no interest in removing Michael as guardian, because naming someone else will mean that all that Michael did/did not do will be looked into. Greer will be exposed for what he has allowed to happen to Terri.

Is the Writ of Quo Warranto hearing transcript posted on terrisfight.org? If not, when will it be posted?

Pamela Hennessey revealed on the tbi board that Judge Greer refused to hear Pat Anderson's expert witness:

"The Schindler's attorney intended to testify an expert witness - specifically a dentist/oral surgeon who would give testimony that 5 teeth don't decay due to nonuse (as was Schiavo's attorney's claim) and that leaving such a large opening will cause further damage. That witness never testified because of objections from Schiavo's attorney. However, it got a little weird from there."

Did Pat Anderson cite information from Terri's dental records? Her specialty is getting documents, and if she wanted those documents she surely would have them.

You are all right. There's so many reasons why people are reluctant.

First- they've been spoon-fed misinformation from the get-go. It's amazing to me that so many think the mainstream media is telling the truth without ever investigating it on their own. They don't seem to understand that anything (true or untrue) can be published. Everything we read is basically someone's "take" on a situation, sometimes backed up with facts, and sometimes not. You can tell a lot about what someone is saying by understanding what they're not saying as well. Felos and Michael are great examples of this. What they don't say can be just as important (even more so) than what they do say.

Second- so many are just living in this bubble world that trusts what the powers that be say. They can't imagine that this could be happening in our country. But we have been led like sheep to the slaughter. We have been asleep while this has been happening all around us. It's been going on for years, and Terri is just one more stepping stone down the path of the slippery slope.

It's high time we all pay attention to the misdeeds going on around us. We are our brother's keeper. Terri is precious, and I just pray that many more will begin to see how precious she is. People have allowed themselves to be snowed by the media and the seedy likes of Michael and Felos.

It is happening in CLEARWATER, Florida rather than "this country" meaning in a generic sense.

The citizens of Clearwater, Florida, (Scientology headquarters) were thoroughly conditioned to accept the multitude of illegalities perpetrated against Terri Schindler Schaivo. How? By the fact that Scientology ultimately got away with zero criminal ramifications for the dehydration death of Lisa McPherson.

After seven years, Scientology suddenly backed off and settled secretly out of court. (translation: Scientology paid a settlement for what they did to Lisa McPherson!) http://www.sptimes.com/2004/05/29/Tampabay/Scientologists_settle.shtml

Pat Anderson read into the court record what the dentist would have said regarding the decay of Terri's teeth, that nonuse does not cause decay, as Schiavo's lawyers claim. I don't think she has any access to Terri's dental records other than what she was faxed by Deborah Bushnell, that Terri had 5 teeth extracted recently due to decay. This was done to Terri during the period of time when her family was not allowed to visit her.

I agree, CD. Reminds me of this.

It is my hope and prayer that all information, all debate leads to positive action and the ultimate release of Terri to her family. Prayers continue for all involved in this tough battle. Those of us at a distance cannot imagine how tough it is to be there.

Thanks for your work-in-progress on scientology, Lisa. I'd read some scary stuff on it a while back esp. in relation to their disregard for any not deemed up to their standards. I'm too tired to look up the links right now, but may try to post later.

I am more grateful than ever for the preparatory work on the scene before the vigil began. Freegards to all.

Did Pat Anderson say anything else in order to prove that Michael Schiavo is not a fit guardian under Florida law?

Also, would someone please answer about the Writ of Quo Warranto transcript? When will this (unedited) transcript be posted to terrisfight.org?

Excerpt of summary of [Writ of Quo Warranto] hearing sent in to the Friday, June 18, 2004 Hospice Patients Alliance newsletter by Cheryl Ford, RN. [Lisa's remarks are in brackets.]

Attorney Anderson then argued the negligence of Michael Schiavo as Guardian, by stating the facts for why Terri has lost 5 teeth due to neglect and lack of routine dental care and poor dental hygiene. [Which facts did Pat Anderson state?]

Anderson requested that the court allow her to place an expert witness on the stand to provide testimony as to why teeth do not decay because of non use as was previously stated as rationale for five teeth being extracted by Deborah Bushnell.

Felos objected to expert testimony without presenting arguments to the dental facts Anderson had presented. Leaving no alternative but for the courts to accept the facts of the dental issues which Anderson meticulously and succinctly itemized.

[Simply because George Felos objected to the plaintiff's expert witness by no means leaves no alternative but for the court to accept the statements Pat Anderson chose to itemize! This leaves the impression that George Felos is in charge of the court. The alternative is for Pat Anderson to do some strong objecting and for Terri's adovocates to EXPOSE Judge Greer for what he has done yet again...act as an agent for a higher-than-Florida-law power. Why was Judge Greer's refusal to permit the expert witness to take the stand not even mentioned in this first-person account?]

Court was adjourned with Judge Greer stating he will let both attorney's know of his decisions as to his rulings to dismiss of the Writ if Warranto, or not. [By what basis could Judge Greer legally dismiss this lawsuit while refusing to hear the plaintiff's expert witness?! He refused to allow them to prove their case!]
