Judge W. Douglas Baird allowed a continuance
until Tuesday, December 23, 2003. At that time, he may decide to allow a full
trial or to issue a summary ruling without a trial.
At this time Governor Bush and his legal team are not being
permitted to call witnesses or present evidence that might support their case.
(In my estimation, this serves to mentally prepare people for the
overturning of Terri's Law.) Judge Baird has already stated unofficially that
Terri's Law is not constitutional.
Delaying the ruling on Terri's Law gives us
more time to pressure the press (especially the strangely quiet alternative press) to report this
censored truth to the American public: denying a person food and fluids
by mouth is against Florida law!
Do they really expect to repeat the grisly
October 15th scenario and place Terri under armed guard while they defy Florida
law and threaten to arrest anyone who tries to obey the law and give her fluids
and food by mouth? They will not get away with it. We will not co-labor with
evil by turning away while an innocent woman is being targeted for death.
What is the alternative media's real agenda if
they will obey part of The Plan by not reporting key information
regarding the plot to break the law to murder Terri Schiavo?
The
key information is this: Florida law declares
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to
condone, authorize, or approve mercy killing or euthanasia, or to permit any
affirmative or deliberate act or omission to end life. (See Florida
Statutes)
Refusing to permit Terri to consume fluids and
food by mouth is a deliberate act to end her life! This act is against
the law! Placing Terri under armed guard in order to deny her oral feedings is
also a deliberate act to end her life!
Take
note of who fails to report this simple but critically important fact, and
wonder what else they are failing to tell you.
[update:
Also take note of those who refused to report about Judge Greer's amended and
illegal court order that killed Terri Schiavo.]
