Greer's NEW Court Order is a Paradigm
Shift: Does Not Mention "Medical
Treatment"
Judge Greer's February 25, 2005 order is not
confined to people with feeding tubes, people on "artificial life
support," or people receiving medical treatment. Judge Greer's order is not
focused exclusively on the segment of the population that cannot swallow food and thus needs "assisted"
nutrition and hydration.
Rather, Judge George Greer's order is an
unprecedented call for the withholding of all forms of food and water
from Terri Schiavo! It is a matter of court record that Terri can swallow but
that is not the reason she is entering her sixth day of dehydration and is
beginning to look more and more
like
Lisa McPherson did after she was dehydrated to death at the hands of her
Scientology captors.
By late Tuesday, Terri's eyes were sunken,
her skin was parched and flaking and her lips and tongue were parched, said
Barbara Weller, an attorney for the Schindlers.

Terri is being dehydrated because
Judge Greer issued a BRAND NEW and Hemlock-Society-approved court order that is
not confined to individuals who need feeding tubes to sustain their
lives.
Judge Greer's February 25th court order is not
worded in such a way as to address the singular issue of the removal of Terri's
"medical treatment"—assisted feeding. Under the Florida statutes, feeding tubes are now termed medical treatment. If
Greer's order called for the removal of Terri's feeding tube (as
he did in the past) then one could argue that he was carrying out Terri's
court-determined medical "wishes" which were arrived at by the hearsay evidence of
Michael Schiavo, his brother and his sister-in-law.
But Judge Greer's present order does not call
for the removal of Terri's feeding tube or for the withholding of medical
treatment. (It is no wonder Judge Greer refused to permit Terri to have a swallow
test. Terri's ability to swallow is irrelevant when one reads the wording of his
brand new court order!)
Judge Greer's order goes
far beyond Terri's so-called wishes for the removal of medical treatment and far beyond the scope of the Florida
statures. Judge Greer's NEW order calls for the removal of nutrition and
hydration from a citizen of the state of Florida:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that absent a stay from
the appellate courts, the guardian, Michael Schiavo, shall cause the removal
of nutrition and hydration, from the Ward, THERESA SCHIAVO, at 1:00 p.m. on
Friday, March 18, 2005.
(Feb.
25, 2005 order to remove nutrition and hydration)
Terri's swallow ability has nothing to do with
the fact that she is in the process of being dehydrated to death. Judge Greer's illegal
February 25, 2005 order calls for the
removal of all forms of nutrition and hydration. Terri's
ability or lack of ability to naturally ingest nutrition and hydration is
irrelevant when one considers the actual wording of Greer's NEW court order.
If Judge Greer's illegal order is carried out
to the point of Terri's death, then case law would be achieved and the door
would be opened for judges to withhold regular food and water from any person they
choose to inflict this fate upon—whether he or she can swallow or not.
The media is silent about Judge Greer's new
order. They do not inform the public that Greer's new order does not call for
the removal of medical treatment and thus has nothing to do with Terri's so-called wishes
for the removal of medical treatment. Attorney David C. Gibbs has also been
silent on the matter of Judge Greer's new court order.
Dozens of people, including children, have been arrested for
attempting to obey Florida law and bring a cup of water to Terri's bedside:
Gov. Jeb Bush renewed his call for the
Legislature to step in and "spare Terri's life," and 10
demonstrators outside Schiavo's hospice were arrested trying to bring her
water - including a 10-year-old boy.

The demonstrators paid a price for their refusal to go along with the Hubbardian dehydration
program, Others get paid for their complicity, such as the police officers who
stand guard by Terri's door to ensure the ongoing dehydration of Terri Schindler
Schiavo and the many politcians who pretend not to notice that a crime is taking
place.
Scientology
policy is prevailing over the Florida statutes in Clearwater, Florida almost
to the point of Terri's death. This
can be changed if you are willing to do what God leads you to do regarding this
matter. [update]
