Behind via international money order for a $1.00 handling fee per book plus a
$10.00 air-letter post shipping charge. (Canadian customers please add $4.00 for
air-letter post.) This might be slightly more than the actual shipping cost but I
have to try to charge a shipping fee that will cover every order. Thank you
